The margarita and mezcalita flights were fun and beautiful! Can't wait to try the mojito flight and their brunch. Puffy tacos are a must. Nice atmosphere for either a date night or family meal (they have a diaper changing station). The owner was present and helpful!

Love, love, love!! Food was delicioso! We will be back and drive the 50+ mins it takes to get here. If I had to complain, I would say service was slow at the end. No refill on drink or checking in and we were here between 3:30-5:00. We will still come back.

Great place for a breakfast or dinner. Good style and intimate setting. Very authentic food and great menu variety. Servers are very attentive and changed the channels. Helps if you can speak some Español. Little pricey but that's what people in the area vote for

I went here recently with family and ordered a ton of food from their happy hour menu and regular menu as well as multiple drinks. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The tacos were really tasty. It seems like they make their tortillas in house right near the entrance. Their kids menu items are also delicious and wouldn't mind eating it myself. We ordered a mix of different drinks and agua frescas and the service was so amazing! We couldn't decide on which flavor of agua fresca to try so they brought us out a little bit of each to help make a choice. The servers were attentive and super nice. The only weird issue we encountered during the dinner was a photographer came over to our table and started taking pictures of us and the kids. Later she came back and offered the photos in a frame to purchase which we felt was weird. Other than that this place was amazing and I'll definitely be back.

We have been to The MexiCuban Restaurant 3 times now and I can't say enough good things about it. I keep having the "cochinita pibil" fluffy tacos because they are soooooo delicious. I guess I need to branch out and try something else! When I walk by and look at other people's plates, everything looks so appealing. Their presentation of the meals is outstanding, and the prices are so reasonable. And did I mention their cocktails? The Coconut Margarita makes my mouth water just to think about it! There is no need to go to downtown Seattle for good restaurant options when there is this great find in your own neighborhood! The staff is so friendly, and the ambience is perfect. Address is Renton, but I would call it borderline Maple Valley. Whatever, it was worth the drive. Saw an Instagram reel of this nice place and bookmarked it right away. Very straight forward what it serves, a blend of Mexican and Cuban food which Cuban food is pretty rare to find in this area. Our service and meal was great. Dear lord, everybody knows I love tacos, it doesn't matter what type, I enjoy authentic street tacos to Americanized crispy tacos from Taco Time, but I discovered it in a new form this day, fluffy tacos! We ordered steak fluffy tacos and cochinita pibil which is roasted pork in spices, it comes with a side of rice, beans, some veggies, fried plantains, and tortillas to roll it all up. Oh my goodness, it was heaven. Just when we didn't think it would get any better, we received complimentary dessert since it was my friend's birthday. Will be back when there's another girl's night. Looking for a new place to try and saw this on Yelp. Just down the road from the Maplewood golf course. We arrived on a Monday, no wait, service was friendly and attentive. The decor is very nice, modern, rattan touches, warm and inviting with different table sizes to accommodate small to larger groups. The food is as amazing as it looks. Thanks yelpers for the recommendation on the pork belly appetizer! 4 huge pieces could serve as an entree. Loved the mix of salty, sweet, smokey, spicy. We ordered the Beef Ropa Vieja and Pork cochinita pibil entrees. Super stuffed with the tasty goodness. This is a place we would come with friends - to order some apps and puffy tacos and to try their tasty looking cocktail list. Next time I'm definitely getting a Mezcal flight!

This restaurant is really nice place! Very clean, had a high end vibe feeling. The presentation of the food was great, we ordered the fluffy tacos Arrachera and Pineapple shrimp, delicious! The wait staff are friendly, polite and gave an excellent service. Our drinks were enjoyable, I had the Mexican coffee and my husband tried the mango habanero margarita! We will definitely be back!

We did a walk-in for 5 people and the waitress was very welcoming. We were seated within seconds of arriving. They had variety of seating and the ambience of the place was amazing. It's a hidden place but a gem. There is plenty of parking and I ordered the corn and the fluffy taco. The corn was sour and tangy. The fluffy taco was like puri and had veggies on it.
